Made with our farm fresh chicken eggs, these hard boiled eggs are a perfect snack or addition to a meal/packable lunch.
Place the wire rack in the bottom of your instant pot. Stack eggs on top in a pyramid fashion, being sure that they don’t touch the sides of the bowl.
Set your instant pot to pressure cook (high pressure) for 4 minutes. As soon as the timer goes off, release the pressure and submerge the eggs in cold water.
Peel right away (this is so much easier than waiting). Enjoy fresh or keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
